Swatch: pa A38

I believe this is a Japanese brand. Where I live, there are two Japanese stores that I know of, and neither carry anything nail related. And I've been hunting for Japanese Nail Art Magazines. Impossible to find here. Got this polish in a swap though, and I was very excited to try it out for myself. I had seen pa on other nail blogs before. The bottle is tiny; reminiscent of Orly Minis. The colors don't have names, just letter/number combos.

Sorry about the bare spots/VNL. This was two coats, and I didn't want to do a third. Baby blue jelly base with holographic glitter sparsely throughout the polish. The formula was squishy as a jelly should be and easy to work with. It did drag a little bit from the cuticle and the bald spots were hard to cover up with just two coats. If I did one more I think it would be okay. Maybe four if you drag the brush too hard on your nail. Overall, I would buy this brand on my own. Although I hear these small bottles go for about $4 a bottle, retail.
