This is probably one of the closest dupes I've seen. They both have a matte finish. Although, you could argue that China Glaze looks a little more glossy. China Glaze at Sally with a Beauty Club Card is $4.99. Sinful Colors at regular price is $1.99. So if you don't want to dish out on China Glaze, the Sinful Colors is a very good alternative.
